Disc Brakes
The disc brakes on the Mate X come in two varieties. Mechanical disc brakes which have expert modulation for full control and strong braking power requiring a single finger to engage. Hydraulic disc brakes, which is an upgrade option. These provide smoother, more reliable braking and require less pulling force on lever required – a fingertip will do!
