Founded in 2016 by the siblings Christian Adel Michael and Julie Kronstrøm Carton who want to engage today’s challenges of dense traffic congestion, climate change and health issues in general by creating unique, fun and affordable electric bicycles. We’ve had two of the most successful European indiegogo campaigns on record and through R&D have learnt from the growing pains that a start-up bike company typically experiences. The design trifecta focuses on technology, sustainability and fashion – a really unique space in the market. Through partnerships with Moncler and a strong MATE family of worldwide users, celebrities, sports athletes and many more we are in a great position to expand the MATE community.
