From climbing hills to crossing valleys, the balls of your feet rarely leave your pedals. This service package will check that all your connections are correctly placed and in working order. In addition, we will provide a deep clean of your MATE to ensure it is primed and polished for your next ascent.
The Explorer Package is for riders who like to push boundaries and discover new ways to test their limits. From a weekend trip to an off-grid vacation, this package is perfect for those always searching for a bigger adventure than the last. This service will ensure all your transmission parts are removed, checked, deep-cleaned, and ready for whatever horizon you’re hitting next.
*MATE Service Plans are available exclusively at MATE Flagship Stores. Bookings are essential for all MATE Service Plans. Due to high demand, we are not able to complete same day repairs/services. MATE Service Plans are designed to 'refresh' your bike. If your bike or parts thereof are damaged, you will need to complete a warranty case.
