Rinsten Spring installation in 5 mins

 

1. Unscrew the saddle

Unscrew the saddle with the usual bicycle hex key. Remove the saddle from the seatpost.

 

2. Attach the spring to the seat

Fasten the spring and seat between the three plates and tighten with the supplied bolt.

 

3. Screw the spring onto the seat post

Place the spring with the seat attached on the seat post and twist it with a bolt.

 

4. Adjust your settings according your preferences

Start regulation from the smallest numbers and adjust it till that time you feel comfortable with it. That will be your perfect position.
